Alleviate the pressure imposed by the limits of only one day to do it all – transporting things to your venue, unloading, setting up, getting ready, having your ceremony & reception, then immediately packing everything back out.
4 consecutive hrs chosen by you, between 12p & 7p, for early set up & rehearsal, with the option of adding HW’s Rehearsal Dinner Hours Package.
9a to 11p provides generous unhurried time for getting ready in our loft suite & pre-ceremony photos all on site. Your ceremony is followed by a 5 hour reception (on average, includes cocktail hour), then you rock your send-off, guests finish their drinks, conversations wrap up, vendors clear & everyone exited the property by 11p (zoning).
11a-1p for clearing your décor/leftover beverages/liquor/other belongings, because who wants to end their night of celebrating doing this?!

Hope’s Way can comfortably host up to 150 all inside the climate controlled gathering barn for a seated reception, with room for additional setups…and a great dance area without having to move furniture during your reception! Reception tables & chairs are pleasantly spaced. A wrap around covered porch, with ceiling fans for comfort, expands your entertaining options.
Dinner reception seating on the main level usually falls between 100-120 & up to 33 in HW's airy loft. Our loft has a totally open view to the main floor, so guests in the upper level remain connected to all that’s going on. (We know, our guests have told us so!)

We’ve eliminated the hassle of providing your own linens; a $500-$800 value.
Not only are your rental dinner reception tablecloths & napkins included, they will be delivered & returned. Your already pressed cloths will be placed on the tables for you prior to your arrival & your napkins ready for you to fold & place as desired.
In addition to white, ivory & black, Hope’s Way provides a variety of on-trend color choices. There’s also the option of upgrading to specialty textures/patterns; you are only responsible for upgrade cost difference.

As a thank you to our Bridal Couples, themselves, who are Active Military and Qualifying First Responders, we extend a 10% discount off Wedding Weekend Rentals or 5% off Intimate Wedding Rentals. Qualifying 1st Responders: Firefighters, Paramedics & EMT'S, 911 Dispatchers, Police, Sheriff & State Troopers.
In 2027, Hope's Way will only be hosting Wedding Weekends in the months specified; includes professional full-day wedding coordination in addition to HW's venue staff services.
Desire additional time in our serene setting before your big day? Hope’s Way will set wooden farmhouse tables down the covered porch, with candles & florals/greenery from the property, & seating for up to 30 guests. Tables will also be provided for your food & beverage service. Hope’s Way staff will reset this area afterwards with your event setup.
This add-on may be arranged by 60 days prior to your wedding event; less than 60 days based upon availability. Additional guests may be accommodated, additional fee may apply.
AVAILABLE For COUPLES with WEDDING WEEKEND RESERVATIONS, MAY-OCTOBER; Two & a half HOURS scheduled CONSECUTIVEly TO YOUR FRIDAY HOURS FOR $750.
*This dinner does not require a caterer /bartender from our list to provide your food or serve alcohol. As such, serving alcohol is covered under your Event Host Liquor Liability Coverage.
Hope’s Way requires industry standard $1m event liability insurance policy for all events, listing Hope's Way LLC & Gary & Gayle Schneider as additional insureds. This has been averaging $120 through EVENTSURED
Hope’s Way also requires using vendors from our approved list of professional & properly insured
