Hope’s Way does not charge a separate kitchen use fee.

  • Vendor unloading station w/ table immediately inside kitchen entrance & additional reserved space for hot/cold boxes
  • Storage for up to 12 large bags of ice
  • 2 – 6ft stainless tables w/ bottom shelves, reserved for caterer’s use
  • 1 – 4ft stainless table w/ bottom shelf for venue microwave & family’s use
  • 3 comp sink / prep sink / handwash sink
  • 5 separate circuits in kitchen for portable equipment; 120v/20amp outlets
  • Outdoor area for grills / fryers / smoker just outside back kitchen door 
  • 1 convenience refrigerator for guest use for florals & personal food/beverages when setting up
  • Convenience gas range for guest’s personal use; not intended for licensed catering prep
  • Rolling Rubbermaid trash cans; wine barrel waste receptacles for main reception area
  • Heavy duty trash bags provided
  • Temporary trash holding room just outside of back kitchen door 


Our bar is located outside the catering room, in the main reception area.

  • Attached storage closet for coolers, cases/boxes of drinks, etc.


Vendor access time is the same as Lessee’s with the following exceptions: vendor visit may be arranged in advance at no additional cost if scheduled during Monday cleaning/reset time, or additional time scheduled at cost.

At Hope's Way


HW is not a licensed food prep facility & does not have a full-service kitchen but, a climate controlled caterer’s area.

HW provides reception tables & chairs, and wooden & resin tables for food service, availability based upon planned event setup. Full-length tablecloths for the round 6’ dinner reception tables & cloth napkins are included for wedding reservations. Cloths will be placed on tables by HW staff prior to the beginning of rental time. The napkins will be here, available to be folded as desired.

You will need to provide all other rentals/equipment needed for food & beverage service including, but not limited to, flatware, glassware, china or disposable ware.
Tables will need to be set by lessee &/or their vendors. Wooden food service tables & wooden counters are to be protected from heated materials, condensation & damaging elements.

All activities related to Lessee’s food & beverage preparation, presentation & serving is to be performed by the catering/bartending vendors, not Hope’s Way staff. 

HW does not allow drop-off food when licensed/insured catering is required.
Catered events must be staffed by caterer to maintain food service safety, remove food & beverage related trash & return catering areas to condition in which they were found. 

ID’s are to be checked if legal drinking age in question. All alcohol to be stored/chilled in bar area with the exception of champagne for toast served by caterer. There is room to serve from a beer keg behind the bar; kegs must be contained within a separate non-sweating insulated container to prevent slipping hazard & water damage. HW does not allow service of shots. Bar service to end by 10p (all exited property by 11p).

Catering & Bar Service is responsible for emptying their trash receptacles during their preparation for event; Hope’s Way staff will regularly check/empty trash receptacles during event. Trash is to be securely bagged/tied close before placing in bins in outside trash holding room next to kitchen. All boxes brought in by Lessee or vendors are to be broken down if being trashed & placed in trash holding room.

Copies of up-to-date insurance certificates, caterer food service license & bartending safe serve certifications are due to HW by 30 days prior to event.
