MAXIMUM VENUE CAPACITY
Hope’s Way Gathering Venue’s maximum guest capacity is 150. All guest counts include the bride, groom & all seated guests, but not hired vendors - unless they’re also a seated reception guest. All children, including babies, are considered guests as we need to plan a reception space for each. For safety & liability reasons, car seats & carriers not permitted on the floors in between reception tables due to tripping hazards. All children need to have a reserved guest table space.
